The Clay Classroom

Each pottery class is designed to foster a collaborative atmosphere where fellow learners share inspiration, feedback, and support. By attending a Jump Into Art Studios ceramics class, you’ll gain exposure to various glazing and finishing techniques, allowing you to develop your own personal style. No two pieces are ever the same—each student brings their own flair, which is what makes our studio community so vibrant.

Participants typically finish 7-10 completed pieces during the program. All skill levels are welcome—no previous pottery experience is needed. Class sizes are limited to 10 students, ensuring individual attention. The cost includes fundamental pottery tools and your first bag of clay; please remember to bring a personal lap towel for your dedicated shelf starting on the first day.

The Clay Classroom accommodates multiple age groups (“Kids” for ages 8–18, “Mixed Sessions” for ages 10–adult). If you’re looking for a more in-depth ceramics experience, check out our ongoing weekly classes for mature teens and adults only.​ All supplies are provided—clay, glazing, and firing. No makeup classes are offered—no exceptions.
