Class Description
The Clay Classroom Saturdays October 31 - December 19 9 -11am Jump Into Art Studios has created an all-inclusive 7 week ceramics program with a focus on throwing, trimming, hand building, and making handles along with instructional steps to work with underglazes and glazes (including working with over glazes and creating a personal color palette.) This is a beginners and beyond pottery wheel class with Wendy Lamar for ages teens to adults - Students average 5-10 completed pieces in this class. - All levels welcome, no experience necessary. - Classes are limited to 10 students. - Includes all tools and first bag of clay, just bring a personal lap towel to leave on your personal shelf on first day. - All Supplies included - clay, glazing and firing This Clay Classroom is for teens and adults, meaning age 13 and up. For a longer ceramics program, consider our ongoing weekly classes for mature teens and adults, only. ***no make up sessions but Wendy will assist with a take home project the studio will fire***
