Class Description

Weekly Pottery Wheel and Clay Class Thursdays 6:30 - 9pm with Wendy Lamar and Christie Connell Adults only (or mature teens 16 and up) This all level pottery wheel and clay class will teach you the steps to working in a clay studio safely; the steps to throwing, trimming, glazing, how to create lidded vessels and sets, plus how to create a personal glaze palette. Clay may be purchased in class with cash or check ($19-21 per 25lb bag) and please bring a basic tool kit to first class (or borrow ours until you get your own), all firings and glazing is included in your tuition and our classes have a limit of 12 finished pieces in a month - both firings included and extra small or extra large will have more or less included. Missed classes or time may be made up during weekly pottery OPEN STUDIO (3 months of classes will normally qualify - ask instructor) FINE PRINT: - Classes run year round and we take major holidays off, make up classes will be honored - Class commitment is minimum 3 months (to cancel a class send email or text to yourWelcome to our weekly pottery wheel and clay class.
