Watercolors Made Easy: Foundation course ***Held in the upstairs Madison Studio*** Tuesdays, September 15 - October 6 10:30 a.m - 12:30 pm Join Madhu for a 4-week immersive watercolor experience designed to help you relax, experiment, and truly enjoy the creative process — no pressure, no perfectionism. This class invites you to slow down, explore techniques, and create from a place of play. In this class, you’ll learn: A clear, beginner-friendly introduction to watercolor supplies — what to use and why Fundamental watercolor techniques: Flat wash, Graded wash, Variegated wash, Wet-on-wet, Wet-on-dry Understanding Values and paint consistencies Creating fun Textures using household supplies Exploring brush strokes Partnering with water instead of trying to control it Guided projects using these techniques to help you explore freely Create for the joy of the process and cultivate a playful, relaxed mindset and let go of perfectionism This class is about more than just painting — it’s about letting go of control, being present and reconnecting with yourself through creativity.
