Class Description
Still Life, Drawing and Sketch for kids ages 7 - 18 6 Week Session with Marie Blocker Fridays September 4 - October 16 4:30-5:30pm ***No Class 10/9*** Buildable six week modules throughout fall semester. New project projects each six week section. Students delve into the world of specific techniques with demonstrations, hands-on learning, and honing their skill in the following areas: sketching, drawing, shading, still life, facial proportions, perspective, characters, imagination, direct observation, and more. We will explore a variety of media: graphite, soft, pastels, oil, pastels, ink, colored pencils and markers.Work with Miss Marie to create a beautiful body of work starting with simple still life and moving into human forms and shapes. All materials included, but bring personal sketchbook to gain further guidance from Miss Marie. Sketchbook provided but feel free to bring your own.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on classes, semesters, camps, workshops, events or kits without 30 days notice. If you cannot attend an event consider assigning your space to another individual. Withdrawal from a semester long class or multi-week course will result in month fee.
