The Tree of Life Manifestation Workshop: Paint your Life Choose a class that works for you or take them all! Thursday April 2 6-8:30pm Friday April 3 6-8:30pm Saturday April 4 10am-12:30pm or 1:30-4pm What if creating art could also help you clarify where your life is growing next? In this unique workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step in painting your own Tree of Life — a symbol found across cultures representing roots, purpose, growth, and possibility. No art experience is needed. This is not about painting it “perfectly.” It’s about creating something unique and meaningful to you. As you paint, you’ll also be guided through a short meditation and simple EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping exercise to quiet the mind, release mental clutter, and open creative flow. They quiet mental chatter so your deeper knowing and intentions can come into focus. The roots symbolize the resources and inner strength that support you. The trunk symbolizes you and your present path. The fruit represents what you wish to manifest, the outcomes and experiences you hope to nurture and ultimately harvest in your life. We will be using Neurographic Art which a technique that helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and open new ways of thinking. The process brings relaxation, insight, and a deeper sense of clarity around your intentions. This workshop combines creativity, intention-setting, and inner reflection in a welcoming space. You’ll leave not only with a finished painting, but with a visual anchor for your intentions and something you can keep in your home as a daily reminder of what you are calling into your life.
