Class Description
Glass Fusing Christmas Ornaments Join in the amazing process of creating one of a kind family heirlooms. Students create up to 4 glass fused ornament with cutting, sanding, placing and working with artist Deanna Smith to learn the steps of glass fusing. Thursday: October 29 10am-12noon or 1-3pm Saturday: November 7 or 28 10am-12noon or 1-3pm Saturday: December 5 10am-12noon or 1-3pm No prior experience is needed! Finished pieces will be kiln-fired after class and ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks. Please wear closed toed shoes. All tools and glass provided and this workshop is recommended for adults and mature teens (mature teens may take this class with a parent or guardian in attendance, only). Space is limited. Fine Details: Glass Fusing is creating fused glass art with melting glass through heating in a special glass kiln.
