Paint, Play, Relax: Exploring Watercolor Textures Friday January 23 10am - 12:30pm Join Madhu in a joyful exploration of watercolor textures and discover a creative flow that's fun and relaxing! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the creative process without pressure — even if you’ve never painted before or felt frustrated with watercolors in the past. What you’ll learn: An introduction to watercolor supplies — what to use and why (without overwhelm) Core watercolor techniques made simple: Flat wash, Graded wash, Variegated wash, Wet-on-wet, Wet-on-dry Easy and fun texture techniques to spark creativity Relaxing projects that let you explore the textures How to cultivate a playful mindset, embrace mistakes, and let go of the need to be perfect! And most importantly, how to guide water instead of trying to control it and create in partnership with watercolors ! This class is all about exploring, playing, and trusting yourself — one brushstroke at a time. All supplies will be provided! Students work on ARCHES COLD PRESSED watercolor papers.
