Art in the Wild Summer Camp: ages 6-15 June 1 - 5, 10am - 3pm with early and later options Your child’s imagination will run wild with us during our week of art in nature with a focus on animals, our pets, plants, creating animal houses from earth materials (and some recycled materials, too), cyanotype sun art, meeting Sawyer (a real life Alpaca) and creating a darling bracelet with his fur, inventing a new animal, plus favorites like different art lessons from our visiting artists (soap making, the pottery wheel, outside art from The Seasonal Soul) and a few more fun things.10am - 3pm Multiple Kids? We like to split up siblings but if you have a friend coming to camp, note it in the notes sections. Our professional artist educators work in small classrooms with hands on and loving attention to all. Jump into Art Studios is dedicated to the artist in everyone - children thrive in our camps when a willingness for creativity is present. Fine Print: -Enrolling your child acknowledges your child works comfortably with other children and additional support will be supplied by you if necessary. -Please arrive within 5 minutes of 10am to sign in your camper (unless you are coming to paid early care). Hanging out in the garden is a great chance to visit with your camper. -Leave electronic devices, including phones at home (and no games/toys as its distracting to other campers) -Send a large lunch with refillable water bottle but leave backpacks at home -This week we will have Sawyer, a real life Alpaca come for a visit on Thursday from 10am - 12noon. This is a popular time for all our campers, try not to miss this day! PARENTS: Each week we include our studio's GRATITUDE PROJECT that helps everyone be a friend to everyone else - we really need empty water bottles sent in to make this work.
