Join us for our annual off campus field trip - this time it's close to home!
Did you know Miss Magda and Miss Celeste are tour guides for Visit McKinney? It's true! And this special tour will focus on the history behind the Tiny Door art plus a mural or two along the way. More about Tiny Doors here
First, we'll meet at Mitchell Park at 10am (it's 2 blocks from our studio so feel free to park there), next we'll walk into downtown to visit the tiny doors and learn learn a few historical and artistic facts about them and finally we'll walk back to the park for some hands on art with tie dying t-shirts.
Studio will supply t-shirts for students but feel free to bring one for other members of your family - 100% cotton or natural fibers works best.
