Pottery Wheel & Clay Camp June 4-6, 2025 4-6pm Play in our pottery studio with us! 3 Days in the pottery studio with us - Wednesday - Friday 4-6pm for ages 8 - adult This clay camp combines the best of pottery wheel instruction plus lots of free flowing creative time with students creating fun camp memories with clay! Geared towards kids ages 8* and up with their families coming along for a great time! Limited to 10 students per session. Days: Wednesdays through Fridays Time: 4-6pm Ages: 8 - adult Cost: $170 Additional Details: Pottery will be fired and glazed and available for pick up 2-3 weeks later. No make up time offered. Students will learn the following techniques: Setting up a wheel Wedging clay Centering and throwing steps Trimming Underglazes and sgraffito Hand building a special project each week *we recommend ages 8 and up because throwing on the wheel requires upper body strength and younger kids may find it frustrating. A child as young as 7 may attend if a family member joins the class also and assists as necessary.
