Class Description
Glass Fusing with Deanna Smith 2 hour class creating Night Lights or Plant Stakes April 12 or May 17 with AM or PM options 2 hours in the studio with Deanna Smith creating lovely glass fused designs - teen and adults. Come make cheerful either night lights or plant stakes created by your own hands. You will be guided in glass cutting techniques and design ideas. Each student will have approximately 8” x 8” of space in the kiln so you would make 3-4 pieces. Please wear closed toed shoes. Beginners welcome! All tools and glass provided and this workshop is recommended for 14yrs+ or 12yrs+ if accompanied by an adult. Bring your mom, daughter, or a friend! Space is limited. Fine Details: Glass Fusing is creating fused glass art with melting glass through heating in a special glass kiln. The process of snipping, cutting, sanding and applying colored glass to create a personal piece of art is addicting. Students work under the guidance of the wonderful Deanna Smith. Studio will fuse and return 2-4 weeks later.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on classes, semesters, camps, workshops, events or kits without 30 days notice. If you cannot attend an event consider assigning your space to another individual. Withdrawal from a semester long class or multi-week course will result in month fee.
