We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor availability, weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, participants will be offered a reschedule, studio credit, or refund, as applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the type of class, workshop, camp, or private event.

Unless otherwise stated:

Refund requests must be made before the applicable cancellation deadline.
Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds or make-up sessions.
Private party deposits may be non-refundable.
Camp registrations may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

5. Studio Conduct

To maintain a welcoming and safe environment, all participants agree to:

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate without refund.

Participation in art classes, pottery wheel sessions, clay workshops, camps, and other studio activities involves the use of tools, equipment, glazes, kilns, and art materials.

By participating, you acknowledge these activities involve inherent risks, including minor injuries such as cuts, burns, slips, or allergic reactions.

You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate responsibly.

7. Health and Safety

Participants should inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs that may affect participation.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information for children enrolled in youth programs.
